Over ons gaat over ons, maar eigenlijk over u. Wat bieden wij?

Wilt u volume verkleinen? Of toch iets recyclen?

 

Ik vind het leuk om met mijn handen bezig te zijn. Ik werk ook in de CNC-metaalwereld en daar mag ik een product maken van een bestaand product. En dat volgens de regels maar toch buiten het boekje om. Ik vind het leuk om creatief bezig te mogen zijn met machines en die producten. De kans om dus diensten van Morrentrading over te nemen was wel erg gaaf. Ik heb in een paar maanden tijd veel geleerd van Albert Morren, en zo heb ik dus producten en diensten overgenomen van Morrentrading.

 

Bij het maken van shredders gaat het niet alleen om het bouwen van de machine, maar ook om het verkleinen van het product, het volume. Ik vind het erg leuk om samen met de klant bezig te mogen zijn en te overleggen over het gewenste eindresultaat. Juist omdat de vragen zo verschillen, kan ik iets unieks aanbieden. En omdat ik in mijn eentje werk, heb ik extra tijd en persoonlijke tijd voor u en uw kwestie!

 

Door met de klant te communiceren wordt duidelijk wat verwacht wordt en wat te verwachten valt. Doordat we goed bereikbaar zijn via email of telefoon, komen we snel tot de conclusie wat het beste werkt. Ik kijk altijd eerst naar de haalbaarheid van de vraag, ik wil namelijk tot het uiterste gaan om het product goed te kunnen leveren. Dat geeft vertrouwen en dat is wederzijds.

I like working with my hands. My other profession is CNC machines, where I get to process a product to a new result. Even when I have to work by rules and certain direction, I am able to add my own input. I like to get creative within this particular sector. When the possibility came upon to take over certain service departments of Morrentrading, I grabbed the opportunity with both hands. I have learned a lot about the services from Albert Morren and that is how JW Machines is established.

 

When building a shredder, the machine isn’t the only important thing, but also the combination of shrinking the volume of the product. When coming to a certain point, communication with the customer is key. That’s how we conceptualize the desired result. Because of the different requests, I can offer something unique. And because I work alone, I can offer personal attention to you and your case.

 

By communication with the customer, the expectations from both sides will be very clear. We are easily approachable by email and mobile, by this communication we define the possibilities. The attainability of the request will be researched, I want to push it to the limit to give you your ultimate results. This is about trust and mutual trust.
